Delete Your ONO Account
ONO gives users a direct way to permanently delete their account from within the app. You may also contact ONO Customer Support if you need help with the process.
Delete your account in the ONO app
To permanently delete your ONO account:
- Open the ONO app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Edit Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Tap Delete Account.
- When prompted, type DELETE to confirm.
- Submit the confirmation to complete the account deletion request.
Once confirmed, your account deletion will begin.

If you are unable to access the app or need assistance, you can contact ONO Customer Support.

- Through the Customer Support option inside the ONO app.
- Through the Contact / Customer Support page on the ONO website.
When contacting support, use the email address associated with your ONO account so we can verify your request.
What happens when your account is deleted?
Deleting your account removes your access to ONO and begins the deletion of personal account information associated with your profile.
Some information may need to be retained when required for legitimate business, security, fraud-prevention, payment, dispute-resolution, tax, legal, or regulatory purposes. Information that must be retained will only be kept for as long as necessary for those purposes.
Before deleting your account
Before requesting deletion, we recommend making sure that:
- You do not have any active or upcoming rentals.
- Any outstanding payments, charges, refunds, claims, or disputes have been resolved.
- You have saved any information from your account that you may need later.
Account deletion is intended to be permanent and you may need to create a new account if you want to use ONO again in the future.
