How do I request a rental?
Browse available tools, choose your rental dates, and submit a booking request. The host will review your request and respond through the ONO app.
Can I rent tools for multiple days?
Yes. Rental availability, pricing, and maximum rental periods are determined by each host.
What happens if a tool isn’t available?
If a tool isn’t available, you can browse similar listings from other hosts in your area or check back later as new listings are added regularly.
What if I accidentally damage a tool?
If damage occurs during your rental, notify the host through ONO as soon as possible. Every situation is reviewed individually to determine the appropriate resolution.
Who can become a host?
Anyone who owns tools in good working condition and meets ONO’s hosting requirements can list their equipment and begin earning income.
How much does it cost to list my tools?
Creating an account and listing tools on ONO is completely free.
How do hosts get paid?
After a successful rental, payouts are processed securely through the ONO platform according to our payment schedule.
Can hosts control availability?
Yes. Hosts have complete control over when their tools are available and can update their availability at any time.
Do hosts have to accept every booking request?
No. Hosts choose which booking requests they want to accept.
Can I remove my listing at any time?
Yes. You can edit, pause, or remove your listings whenever you choose.
