Account deletion

You can request deletion of your ONO account from this page. You can also delete your account yourself from inside the ONO app if the account deletion option is available in your app version.

Delete your account in the ONO app

ONO includes an account deletion flow in the profile settings area when it is available in your app version.

  1. Open the ONO app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile, then under Settings open Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Review the deletion notice and confirm the request.

This form opens your email app with a prepared deletion request to ONO support. Review the message before sending it.

  • Include your full name.
  • Include the email address used for ONO.
  • Include any helpful phone number or context.
Deletion process

What happens after you request deletion

  • ONO may need to verify the request before deleting the account.
  • Active bookings, open disputes, unpaid balances, refunds, chargebacks, or payout-related records may need to be resolved first.
  • Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, safety, payment, dispute, or compliance reasons.
  • After the request is completed, normal account access should be removed or disabled, subject to the limits above.
